Tatenhill Airfield is seeking to appoint a General Manager to lead the next phase of its development.

This role will play a central part in shaping the future of the airfield — building a strong sense of community, enhancing the experience for pilots, students and visitors, and supporting the continued development of the site. Working at the heart of a live and dynamic airfield, the General Manager will provide leadership, direction and energy — helping to shape Tatenhill into a place not just to fly, but to belong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the overall direction and development of the airfield, shaping its future as a leading place to fly and belong
• Develop a multi-disciplinary team, building a strong culture, clear structure and shared sense of purpose
• Drive the continued development of the site, facilities and overall experience for pilots, students and visitors
• Foster and grow the Tatenhill community, bringing people together and enhancing engagement across the airfield
• Develop and maintain partnerships and opportunities that add value to the airfield and those who use it
• Ensure the delivery of a sustainable and well-run business that supports long-term success and ongoing investment
