Annual Membership at Tatenhill Aviation

For compliance and insurance purposes, becoming a member of the airfield is essential to fly our aeroplanes (as a student or self-hire licenced pilot), or go airside to your own Tatenhill airfield-based aircraft. Membership is now reduced to just £60, making it exceptional value for anyone who wants full access to our facilities and flying opportunities.

Membership is not needed for those having their first flying lesson at Tatenhill Aviation through our flying lesson voucher sales.

For students at Tatenhill Flight Training, unlimited landing fees and touch-and-go fees are included during your lessons.

As a member you can also enjoy 3% off fuel, and 10% off in the airfield shop and café. You’ll be able to self-hire our school aircraft, and have permission to escort passengers airside. Membership also grants entry to exclusive members-only airside areas during events, with more exciting details to be announced soon.

Once your payment has been submitted, our team will be in touch to gather the final details needed to complete your membership. This will include your personal membership information, such as your title, full name, contact details, address and date of birth, along with any relevant aircraft ownership details. We’ll also need the details of your next of kin / emergency contact, plus the details of the type of pilot licence you hold, and your total hours flown to date. This ensures your membership is set up accurately and allows you to enjoy all the benefits of being part of the airfield community without delay.
